In this article it is talking about how some shops in Tokyo are rationing goods like milk, toilet paper, rice and water etc. After the devastating earthquake and tsunami within two weeks every bottled water was gone and is coupled with delivery disruptions. It also explains how theres been very unusual sights of scarcity in one of the world's richest, most modern capitals came a day after city officials reported that radioactive iodine in Tokyo's tap water measured more than twice the level considered safe for babies and for society as well. Reading this article made me feel so bad and sad because many people in Tokyo are going through such an incredible difficult time every since the earthquake and tsunami hit them. Now there even going through a much diffucult time because of there tap water being contaminated with radioactive iodine and can make babies and even the people very sick. Also I feel there should be more formal organizations so we can help, support, and supply water and food for Tokyo.
