The police found the Toyota Camry at about 8 p.m. in the Belding Woods neighborhood located in Richmond. Lt. Bisa French, of the Richmond police said a few comments about what occurred. French said they found the Camry and suspected the thief was hiding in the house on the 700 block of 18th Street. The police searched the home James invaded, but he had already hopped into a patrol car and drove away. An officer shot at James in the patrol car, but missed. The chase went from east across Richmond. An officer finally stopped the chase by ramming the patrol car into Reid Court in south Richmond. James was finally arrested after being tased.
