Morocco unrest
When is prejudice and discrimination taken too far? Is it when a country over looks the misdeeds of a man against a woman, or is when that country sides with the man to the harm of the woman? either way, women in Morocca are speaking out against the institutionalized discrimination present in this country is astounded. such is seen in the story of young Amina, a young 16 year old who was raped. and the rapist was able to avoid punishment by then marrying her. being tied into a marraige with a man who raped her and beats her, Amina did the only thing she thought she could and killed herself. Her story is sad but it is also real and speaks to the injustices women go through every day all over the world.
