A homeless woman wanted her son to go to a better school. His education was important to her and decided to take him to a good school. Since she was homeless she used her babysitters address to be able to enroll him in the school. The school fond out that she lied about her address and that her last address was in a different town. She faces 5 years of incarceration and has to pay a retribution of $6,200. She was found guilty of sending her son to the wrong school they are saying that she stole kindergarten. It is not fair for her to be going to prison for only trying to have her son be in a good school and have a good education.
